San Diego Succulent Arrangements

In fact, San Diego succulent nurseries are the catalyst for the now explosive nationwide phenomenon of growing and propagating succulents. This has led to a massive interest in sophisticated succulent arrangements over typical flowering plants. 

San Diego’s hot and dry summers and cool wet winters make for the perfect growing climate for these choice arrangements. 

Succulents usually thrive in temperatures between 60°F to 80°F – the sweet spot in San Diego. 

If the temperature drops below 45°F, we recommend uprooting and replanting them in an indoor area. Succulents are shallow-rooted so this shouldn’t be a problem at all. 

Seasoned succulent owners even use sunlight to change the plant’s shade to get the most brilliant colors. Moderate light stress can have this effect. Although, it helps to know when your plant is receiving too much light as that could cause it to wither.
